In the new documentary, “Numbered,” Getty photographer Uriel Sinai, together with Dana Doron, explores a subtle legacy of Auschwitz: the tattooed serial numbers borne on the arms and chests of its survivors. The movie will have its New York premiere on January 20th as part of the New York Jewish Film Festival at Lincoln Center.
