Huka-huka wrestling and the Kuarup ceremony are unique to Xingu National Park, one of the most remote and beautiful places in the world. However, if the deforestation continues, the Kamayura tribe and other tribes within Xingu and other parts of the Amazon will not be able to continue living in the rainforest. If forced to move out of the jungle, traditions like the huka-huka wrestling will be lost.
